At Sprinkle On Top Bakery, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Every order undergoes a thorough quality inspection prior to packaging and shipment to ensure it meets our standards.
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods and custom-made products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.
If you experience an issue with your order, including damage during transit, incorrect items received, or other quality-related concerns, please contact us promptly at customercare@sprinkleontopbakery.com.
To help us review and resolve your concern, photos of the product, packaging, and any related discrepancies are required. Claims submitted without supporting photographs may not be eligible for review.
